What’s keeping teens up at night? Reflecting on sleep and technology habits with teens

Abstract Sleep studies suggest that exams, jobs, and technologies keep teens up at night, but little research exists to engage in reflecting on their own sleep. We designed a set of cards web-based app ‘SleepBeta’ support reflection by inviting ask questions, explore, track, experiment with sleep related technology lifestyle habits. Through card sorting, we invited identify habits they wished track. SleepBeta let track various whilst visualizing interrelationships between these data.
